MDOTM LAB

The MDOTM LAB is a core part of our R&D department, the place where our approach, rooted in the scientific method, meets the latest breakthroughs in the field of Behavioral Finance, Portfolio Management, and AI. We believe that solving hard problems requires to bridge the gap between economic theory and real-world practice. For that reason, we collaborate with University Professors, brilliant Ph.D. and master’s students to establish the real financial significance of the statistical research findings.

During their time at the LAB, students will join one of our research projects and work in multi-disciplinary teams of 4-6 people, supported by our R&D team composed of Financial Professionals, AI experts, and Data Scientists. They will have the chance to write their final dissertation in a stimulating environment, as well as developing valuable technical skills essential for their future professional careers.
