We are seeking a Head of Partnerships to define and execute our partnership strategy across the financial ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the financial industry landscape, a strong network, and the ability to build strategic, revenue-generating partnerships (particularly around integrations and distribution) in synergy with MDOTM’s platform Sphere, as a lever to enhance product capabilities, enable new use cases and expand the overall value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead MDOTM’s partnership strategy across the globe
- Identify and develop partnerships with:
- Financial institutions
- Technology platforms
- Data providers
- Distribution partners
- Structure and negotiate commercial and integration partnerships
- Drive partnerships that generate new revenue streams and product adoption
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams on integration opportunities
- Act as a market expert, bringing insights on competitors, trends, and ecosystem players
- Represent MDOTM in strategic discussions with senior external stakeholders
- Work closely with C-suite on growth strategy and go-to-market scaling
Requirements
- Strong experience in financial services, fintech, or consulting (strategy/tech-focused)
- Deep understanding of the investment management ecosystem
- Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships
- Ability to operate across commercial and technical conversations
- Strong network within relevant industry players
- Structured, analytical thinker with a strategic mindset
What We’re Looking For
- Background in top-tier consulting, fintech, or financial institutions
- Comfortable going deep on product and understanding technical integrations
- Highly credible with senior stakeholders
- “Vertical” expertise in the investment/wealth/asset management space
- Able to connect market opportunities with product capabilities
- Experience building and scaling investment and technology platforms across wealth and asset management (highly desirable but not necessary)
